The Peggy is made to order in the U.S.A. and composed of a clear/frosted acrylic main body with 4 interchangeable acrylic panels that are securely held into place with a custom, frosted KIMSOKO binding post.
The binding post acts as a mechanical fastener between the main body and the superficial panels of the Peggy in order to provide the ability to change color panels as desired, offer repairability, provide longevity for the main body, and create more efficient recyclability for all of the parts to the Peggy.
Shipped fully assembled, the Peggy has also been designed for its end of life cycle to easily be recycled in our workshops.
Inspiration
Inspired by the I-beam supportive structure of warehouses in Bushwick and the environment of Brooklyn’s eclectic nightlife the Peggy embodies this through its polished edges, refracting light, bright and varied color palette to create a dichotomy between structure, energy, and diversity.
